How To Make Shahi Paneer Recipe
📝Ingredients:
• 200g paneer (cubed)
• 2 onions (chopped)
• 2 tomatoes (chopped)
• 10 cashews (soaked)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 2 tbsp cream or coconut milk
• Salt accordingly
• 2 tbsp oil or ghee
• Water as required

• Boil and blend cashews, tomatoes, and onions into a smooth paste.
• Heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste, then the blended paste. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
• Add spices and salt. Cook until the oil begins to separate.
• Add paneer cubes and some water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
• Stir in cream and cook for 2-3 minutes more.

• ½ cup cashew cream
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 2 tbsp oil
• Salt accordingly

• Heat oil, saute ginger-garlic paste, add the blended mix.
• Cook with spices until thick and odour.
• Add tofu cubes and a little water.
