Mango Shake Recipe
About This Recipe:
Mango shake is homemade drink made with fresh mango, milk and sugar. It is popular and refreshing drink.
🌱Ingredients:
- 1–2 ripe mangoes (medium-sized)
- 2 cups chilled milk (full-fat for creaminess)
- 2–3 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4–5 ice cubes
📝Instructions:
1. Peel & chop mangoes:
- Wash the mangoes.
- Peel and cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- Discard the seed.
2. Blend:
- In a blender, add chopped mangoes, sugar, and chilled milk.
- Add ice cubes if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust thickness:
- If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
4. Serve:
- Pour into glasses.
- Optional: Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or chopped nuts (like almonds or pistachios).

- Use Alphonso, Kesar or Dasheri mangoes for best flavour.
- For a vegan version, replace milk with almond milk or oat milk.
