  • 1–2 ripe mangoes (medium-sized)
  • 2 cups chilled milk (full-fat for creaminess)
  • 2–3 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4–5 ice cubes

📝Instructions:

1. Peel & chop mangoes:

  • Wash the mangoes.
  • Peel and cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
  • Discard the seed.

2. Blend:

  • In a blender, add chopped mangoes, sugar, and chilled milk.
  • Add ice cubes if using.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Adjust thickness:

  • If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.

4. Serve:

  • Pour into glasses.
  • Optional: Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or chopped nuts (like almonds or pistachios).
